Pre Sale Questions
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Please note that once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, customers themselves need to handle the return of the package after receiving it.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed (QC, processing, packing) within 2-3 days after receiving your order.
Logistics Time:
Shipping from DE/JP warehouse: 3-7 days
Shipping from Hong Kong warehouse: 15-25 days
Customs Duties and Taxes
Priority is given to arranging dispatch from overseas warehouses.
If the overseas warehouse is out of stock, the goods will be shipped from Hong Kong. the goods will first be sent to a overseas warehouse and then forwarded to you, all costs are already covered by the seller.
