Shipping time

Orders are usually processed (QC, processing, packing) within 3-5 business days after receiving your order.
The shipping time usually takes about 5 to 12 business days. Packages can be delivered as fast as 5 days.

CANCEL ORDER: We reserve the right for the customer to accept or reject the order even after the customer has received an order confirmation. Please contact us WITHIN 24H of ordering to cancel the order or modify your order information.
Please note that once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, customers themselves need to handle the return of the package after receiving it.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES: EXEGEEK is NOT responsible for the collection or refund of any extra fees for customs or payment processes, it is the customers’ sole responsibility to pay any applicable taxes and duties during the import process. (Please actively cooperate with local customs for customs clearance; otherwise, the package will be sent back or discarded after customs clearance is overdue. Customers will be charged a large number of fees in this situation.)
