30-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange by contacting our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date.
Note: If a return is not due to quality issues, EXEGEEK will charge a 5% fee (service and handling fees).

Terms of Warranty
GEEKOM offers 1-2 year warranty period (According to the product) that starts from the day you received the product.

Return Process

  • Please contact our customer service for the return address. (EXEGEEK expects packages to be returned in as original condition as possible.)
  • After you return the item, please provide the tracking number to our customer service to process the return or exchange.
  • We usually process your return package within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives.

Special Notes:

  • Outer Packaging Cracked/Item(s) missing
  • 1) Please carefully check the contents of the package before signing for it.
  • 2) If you find a problem, please immediately open a request to the courier, and receive a confirmation paper with a stamp on it.
  • 3) Please contact us with detailed information describing the issue, and attach related photos to the email.

Tips: For package(s) lost after being successfully signed or customer provided the wrong signing address, EXEGEEK is not responsible for any related compensation, including refunds and replacements. (The status of the package is subject to the tracking information.)

  • Dead On Arrival (DOA)
  • 1) If you receive DOA product(s), please contact our customer service within 7 days.
  • 2) Both the packaging and the product are damaged: Send the pictures of the items/packages received to our customer service, paying attention to the details of the problem that need to be attached.
  • 3) Wrong or incorrect product:Send wrong product pictures, especially where there are labels, and provide customer service with your order information.

Tips: Please check the contents of the package carefully before signing for it, EXEGEEK is responsible for the shipping fee of the return and replacement caused by DOA products.

Warranty Exemptions:

  • Intentional damage caused by human factors
  • Damage from misuse of products, including but not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly, or replacing hardware improperly.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Products lost or stolen in daily use
  • Normal degradation, wear or tear due to daily use
  • Products that have expired their warranty period
  • Free products, giveaways, or product(s) is re-sold or passed on to a third party
  • Repairs through unauthorized third parties
  • Force majeure damages, including but not limited to natural disasters (hurricanes, tornados, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.), and social events (strikes, warfares, prohibitions, etc.).

*The warranty on the product is voided if the product is damaged by human factors or misuse. Compensation is NOT available in such cases. EXEGEEK's product warranty does not cover damages caused by overclocking.

Limitation of Liability
Apart from the warranty clauses mentioned above, EXEGEEK shall not be liable for any express or implied warranty.
EXEGEEK shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages from events beyond exegeek's control, such as acts of god, property damage, loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits, lost data, or other consequential, or special damages.
